I registered the WSBJ.com domain name years ago, and used it as a gateway to my Shoutcast stream of classical piano music.
I chose WSBJ because it sounded like call letters for a real radio station, and because I considered SBJ to be an abbreviated form of "Sorabji".
I appear to have registered WSBJ.com in 2000, but whenever it was I remember being surprised that a 4-letter .com domain name was even available.
My, wasn't it lovely? (link)
Actually it wasn't so ugly in its later iteration (link)
I had to give up on that piano music stream because it became too popular for me to handle.
I always kind of regretted walking away from it but I've maintained other audio collections and playlists since then.
A lot of these sounds had been posted to my semi-private blog, which is no longer semi-private.
Unlike most of my sites this one is not served over SSL. That's because Shoutcast is not and probably never will be SSL compliant, so the streams would not be allowed to start if embedded into an https page.
