L. Eppig Hi there,
I am a descendent of Leonhard Eppig---and thank you for admiring our family mausoleum. If anyone has any beer bottles/menus/etc I'd love to get my hands on some. A lot of this history is lost, and most is now found only in newspaper articles, books, the internet, as well as YouTube.
Comments All the comments below were originally posted in 2009 and 2010. I thought the comments had all been lost to a disk failure blowout, but I found them today and re-posted them.

After posting that comment, I just realized the ancestor I just visited owned California Wine Depot, a wholesale liquor distributor and I have a menu from 1912 with L. Eppig Brewers listed on it.

I was just at St. John's today to look up ancestors and I was so impressed by the Eppig tomb I took a picture and googled to find out who he was.
